Custom Process

Step 1: What is your budget?

• We need to know your budget for your custom order and depending on your budget will determine the size, gram weight, and diamond quality.

• Minimum budget must be $4000

Step 2: Picking from our option list

• We only offer 2 options with our customs and you decide what option you would like. If you need help with picking an option please reach out to our staff.

         Options:

1. Metal: 10K, 14K, OR 18K GOLD

2. Diamond Type/Clarity: Natural (VVS, VS, Si ) Labs Diamond (VVS , VS )

Step 3: $500 (Deposit - Nonrefundable)

• This will show you your CAD (design) model with the This will show you your CAD (design) model with the MM/Inches of your custom and gram weight. The $500 is a credit towards your custom cost.

Step 4: 40% Upfront

• Once you approve your design we will begin production on your custom but you must pay 40% upfront of your budget before we start making your order.

Example: Your budget is $10,000. You will pay $5,000 upfront and $4,500 once its completed because you have that $500 credit.

Step 5: Send update

• Our staff will send you updated photos such as the wax, casting, and etc until the product is finished. Customs takes between 4-8 weeks to be completed but sometimes it could be sooner.

Step 6: Custom complete

• Once your custom is completed we will send you a video/photo of your custom and you will pay the remaining balance before we release your order to you.
