Shipping Policy

All items ordered will be shipped via FedEx/UPS/Parcel Pro to the shipping address given at the time of order. All clients must directly sign for their package. Any customer that fails to sign for and receive their package will be responsible for all shipping fees from that point forward.

Return & Exchange Policy

Each jewelry item we offer is handmade, custom-made, and custom-fitted for each individual customer. Because of this, all items and orders, including custom and engravable pieces are considered final sales and may not be returned, canceled, or exchanged at any time, unless in written consent from Impressions Diamonds. It is the customer's responsibility to measure their size prior to purchasing.

In-stock jewelry or custom, jewelry is nonrefundable once purchased. All sales are final.
